Zell helps you analyze real-estate deals. This page explains what Zell stores and why.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics: your name, email address and profile photo, used only to sign you in. Zell does not get your Google password and does not read your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
- What you submit: listing links, documents and photos you upload, emails you deliberately forward to Zell, numbers you enter, and questions you ask.
- Results: the analyses, memos and models Zell produces for your deals.
How it’s used
Only to analyze your deals and show the results to you. Each account sees only its own deals and files. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
- Vercel (hosting and private file storage) and Neon (database) store the app’s data.
- Google handles sign-in.
- If deal analysis by email is switched on, the deal you submit is emailed to the analysis service and its reply is stored with your deal. Only that deal is sent: never your other deals or account details.
- If AI analysis is switched on, your deal’s documents and numbers are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to prepare the memo.
Keeping and deleting data
Your deals stay in your account until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account and everything in it, or for any privacy question, contact the support email shown on Zell’s Google sign-in screen.
