What Zell is

Zell produces deal analyses to support your own decisions. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice and not an appraisal. Numbers marked as estimates are assumptions; verify facts, lender terms and property condition yourself before acting.

Your account and content

• Sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
• Only submit documents and information you have the right to share.
• You keep ownership of what you submit. You let Zell process it to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Zell: no attempts to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or submit unlawful content.

No warranty

Zell is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Zell isn’t liable for decisions made using its analyses.

Changes and contact

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. Questions: the support email shown on Zell’s Google sign-in screen.
